Kapolei Golf Club

Kapolei Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course that measures approximately 7,000 yards total from its championship tees. The course has hosted numerous professional tournaments and been named one of Oahu’s best golfing facilities on multiple occasions during the course of the past couple decades. The 12,000-square-foot clubhouse at Kapolei Golf Club is spacious and modern. It contains locker rooms, a restaurant, snack bar, full-service restaurant, and golf shop. Clubs may be rented on-site, and many different types of lessons are available as well.

Kapolei Golf Club Highlights

Kapolei Golf Club was laid out by the esteemed golf course architect Ted Robinson, the same designer responsible for nearby Ko Olina Golf Club. One hallmark of a Robinson course typically tends to be his inventive use of water features, and Kapolei Golf Club is no exception—it’s home to five different bodies of water that challenge golfers of all experience levels. Kapolei’s 18 holes are also notable for their elevated greens—all of which are visible from the tee boxes—and some 80 bunkers. Fairways and greens at Kapolei Golf Club consist of a lovely Seashore Paspalum grass.

Golf Shop: The Golf Shop at Kapolei Golf Club is your go-to stop for all types of golf merchandise. Popular brands carried include Adidas, Polo Ralph Lauren, Peter Millar, and Footjoy, just to name a few. From shirts, hats, and visors to sunglasses, club covers, and windbreakers, you’ll find a fine selection of apparel to choose from within this well-curated shop.

Kapolei Golf Club Restaurant: Located within the clubhouse, Kapolei Golf Club Restaurant is a pleasant place to enjoy a meal before or after a round. The restaurant possesses floor-to-ceiling windows that provide scenic views of the adjacent course, and its menu focuses on American classics and Japanese-inspired favorites. If you’re in the mood for something quick, a snack bar is open every day until 4:30pm.

Tru Spec Golf: Kapolei Golf Club is home to Tru Spec Oahu, a company renowned for its cutting-edge club-fitting techniques. Their outdoor fitting facility uses a “quadroscopic launch monitor” to help match you with equipment that’s perfect for your golf game. Tru Spec is also acclaimed for its “signature fitting matrix” that contains approximately 50,000 possible clubhead-and-shaft combinations.
